The Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 draft is underway at the historic Hazoori Bagh in Lahore, with franchise owners and team management making key selections for the upcoming season. Among the notable picks, Australian cricket star David Warner has emerged as the most expensive player in PSL 10, securing a massive deal with Karachi Kings in the Platinum category.

Karachi Kings signed Warner for a minimum of $300,000, making him the highest-paid player in this year’s draft. This move is expected to boost the team’s lineup significantly as they aim for PSL glory.

Meanwhile, Islamabad United selected Matthew Short, an exciting player with immense potential. Karachi Kings further bolstered their squad by picking New Zealand fast bowler Adam Milne and opting for Abbas Afridi as a wild card in the Platinum category.
